About the project
Nestle has strong internal methodological pillars. Change Management was conceived as an facilitator that works inter-pillars. A new internal change management framework had to be developed and it needed to be clear, simple, light but highly effective.

In order to prove it, it should be implemented on a factory that had big challenges with production levels and internal compliance.

In the framework construction I used as many elements as possible from the existing pillars but it was necessary also to take some parts from other frameworks and project management methodologies such as PMBook, Lean, Kotter and Agile-Scrum.

Results
In the 1 year project, the new framework training, implementation and internal leadership development took 8 months. After that period, the factory received and successfully surpassed GRC internal audits. is where the project description goes.
